Anguilla Villas You Can Combine: How to Scale a Property to Your Group
Most villa searches start with a number. Eight people, so find an eight-bedroom house. That works until the group changes shape, which it usually does: one couple drops out, a sister decides to bring the children after all, someone’s parents want to come for the second week only.

Anguilla handles this better than most Caribbean islands, because several of its best properties are not single houses. They are estates built as separate villas sharing grounds, a pool and a service team, and they can be taken whole or in parts. If you know which ones, you can size the booking to the group instead of the other way round.
Here are the six on the island that work this way.
Kishti, Meads Bay
The clearest example, and the easiest to reason about. Kishti Villas on Meads Bay is an eleven-bedroom estate for twenty-two guests. It is also two villas that rent independently:
- Kishti East, six bedrooms, twelve guests
- Kishti West, five bedrooms, ten guests
Six plus five is eleven, twelve plus ten is twenty-two. The estate is genuinely the sum of its halves, which makes it the simplest combination on the island to plan around. Two families can take one side each with their own front door, or one large party can take the whole thing.
There is a fourth Kishti, Kishti Black Garden, five bedrooms on a different bay entirely. Same name, separate property, not part of the Meads Bay estate. Worth knowing before you search.
Shoal Bay West: Blue Diamond, Antilles Pearl and Petit Topaz
The most flexible cluster, and the one that rewards knowing how it fits together. Three villas sit here and pair in two directions:
- Blue Diamond, five bedrooms across three levels with an elevator, a heated 45 by 20 foot pool and butler service
- Antilles Pearl, five bedrooms
- Petit Topaz, a one-bedroom villa with its own courtyard and plunge pool
Petit Topaz is the interesting piece. It pairs with either neighbour, which is why you will find both Blue Diamond and Petit Topaz and Antilles Pearl and Petit Topaz as six-bedroom bookings. It solves a specific and common problem: a five-bedroom villa that is one room short, where the extra couple would rather have their own space than a sofa bed.
All three share the beach, tennis courts, basketball court and gym. If you take only one villa, the others may have their own guests in residence. That is a material thing to know before booking, and it is the trade-off for the flexibility.
Elements, Long Bay
Three villas on one Long Bay property, named for what they face:
- Elements Sea Villa, six bedrooms, twelve guests
- Elements Sand Villa, five bedrooms, ten guests
- Elements Sky Villa, five bedrooms, ten guests
Taken together that is sixteen bedrooms for thirty-two guests, which puts Elements among the largest single bookings available in Anguilla. Taken singly, each is a straightforward five or six bedroom villa. There is no pre-packaged combination listing for these, so a multi-villa booking is arranged directly. Ask.
Kamique, Lockrum
Three architectural villas on the Lockrum coast, sold individually but sitting together:
- Triton, six bedrooms, twelve guests
- Anani, four bedrooms, eight guests
- Odyssey, four bedrooms, eight guests
Fourteen bedrooms and twenty-eight guests across all three. Kamique suits a group that wants genuinely separate houses rather than wings of one building, and it is the strongest option on the list for parties travelling with a mix of ages and very different daily rhythms.
Sandcastle, Limestone Bay
Sandcastle Villa and Beach House is nine bedrooms for twenty guests, structured as a main villa plus a separate beach house. Not a cluster of equals like Kishti or Kamique, but the same principle applies: a portion of the party can be housed apart from the main building without leaving the property.
Sheriva, West End
Sheriva Infinity is eight bedrooms for sixteen, and it sits inside the wider Sheriva estate rather than standing alone. The estate model is what makes its service package possible: a house manager, butler, housekeeper, laundress and nightly security are included rather than arranged, and guests hold signing privileges at neighbouring Cap Juluca. Sheriva also accepts events for up to a hundred guests, which very few private villas on the island do.
Combining villas, or booking one large house?
Both routes reach the same headcount. They produce different holidays.
A combination is better when several families want their own front door and their own evening routine, when guests arrive and depart on different days, when there is a wide age spread, or when someone in the party keeps very different hours from everyone else.
One large house is better when the point of the trip is everyone being together, when young children move constantly between adults, or when you want a single dining table that genuinely seats the whole group.
If togetherness is the point, a compound can feel oddly dispersed. If privacy is the point, a single house can feel like a dormitory. Neither is a better property, and the mismatch is the thing that quietly shapes a whole week.
Four things to ask before booking a combination
- Is the pool shared, and with whom? On some estates each villa has its own. On others there is one pool for the property, which matters a great deal if you have only booked part of it.
- Who else is on the grounds? If you take one villa of three, the other two may be occupied. Ask whether your dates can be held across the full estate if privacy is the priority.
- Is the staff shared or dedicated? A single team covering three villas behaves differently from a team assigned to yours.
- How does the rate work? Combinations are not always the sum of the individual rates, in either direction. It is worth asking for both figures.
Working out which fits
The fastest way through this is to describe the shape of the group rather than the number: how many couples, how many children and what ages, who is arriving when, and whether the party wants to be together or spread out. That usually narrows six estates to one or two.
