Sheriva Infinity Sea View Villa, West End

Finishes run to marble, granite and hardwood, with sea grass and banana leaf detailing. The ground floor holds a media room with a 60 inch screen, a wet bar, a poker table and board games, which tends to be where groups with children settle. A bar, air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, alongside a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, juicer, coffee maker and toaster. Laundry facilities are on site, wifi covers the villa, and the wider estate has a shared fitness facility.

Two pools sit on separate levels, one off the main terrace and one on the ground floor, with a hot tub alongside. The pool deck carries its own Bose system, and there is alfresco dining, a BBQ grill, an outdoor shower and a full run of outdoor furniture. A villa golf cart, a two car garage and additional parking sit behind the house. The sea views take in St. Martin and the islands beyond.

Eight bedrooms sleeping sixteen, across three levels plus a separate garden suite. The Loft Suite sits at the top, with a private balcony, kitchenette and sun terrace. The primary suite is on the main floor, with a walk-in closet, a bathroom lounge and an infinity-edge marble bathtub, alongside a King ensuite opening onto the pool terrace and a twin room. Three more rooms are on the ground floor, where a Queen and a twin share a bathroom.

West End occupies the western tip of Anguilla, quieter than the central bays and close to Maundays Bay. Sheriva Infinity is a sea view villa rather than a beachfront one: an oversized golf cart seating eight to ten and a complimentary shuttle handle beach runs, and chairs and umbrellas are set out for guests at Maundays Bay each day. Being part of the Sheriva estate is what makes the staffing model and the Cap Juluca arrangement possible.

A house manager, butler service, housekeeper, laundress, pool technician and nightly security are included, along with an arrival meet and greet, welcome canapes, and Caribbean continental breakfast served daily. A private villa chef is available at additional cost, as are provisioning, babysitting, a fitness instructor and yoga sessions. Guests hold signing privileges at Cap Juluca's restaurants, boutiques and water sports.
