The main living areas are open and shared, sized for a group rather than broken into small sitting rooms. The kitchen is new, and the house was refurnished by a designer during the 2019 renovation. A Sonos system runs through the house, alongside WiFi and cable television. A fully equipped gym is on site. Practical fittings that matter on a Caribbean island are in place: a standby generator, security cameras, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

The terrace is laid in travertine and holds the heated pool, which has submerged chaises at one end, and a separate hot tub. A wet bar and a full bar with an ice maker serve the terrace, and there is a barbecue grill for cooking outside. Covered seating and dining areas give shade through the middle of the day, with further lounge space in the sun. The terrace looks south across the Anguilla Channel toward St. Martin.

Six bedrooms. Five are made up with king beds, including the master, and the sixth has two twin beds that convert to a king, which suits a family with children or a group that needs the flexibility across a longer stay.
