BEST LUXURY VILLA RENTAL AND ACCOMODATION SERVICES
This impressive estate is comprised of two private, secluded villas and a guest cottage set amid three acres of lush tropical landscape above a pristine, deserted strip of white, powdery beach. Perched on high, it commands a panoramic view of the islands of St. Martin and St. Barths across a turquoise sea – one of the finest views in all of Anguilla.
The main house offers wonderful indoor and outdoor living areas with both grand and intimate seating arrangements. Its three bedroom suites are very well-appointed and overlook the pool, beach and sea beyond. Each offers air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a king-size bed and private bath. One of these bedrooms is found on the upper floor and features spectacular views and a private balcony. The upper-floor master suite is very spacious and has spectacular sunrise and sunset views, enjoyed from bed or the private balcony. Its bathroom is luxurious and fitted with separate vanity area, bidet, large shower and oversized bath with sea view.
A separate pavilion boasts high ceilings and splendid lounging areas. It also houses a very spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, and a study equipped with office amenities. It provides the perfect gathering place for dining, conversation, television-watching or games. The adjacent, cozy garden cottage offers further accommodation, with a queen-size bed and private bath.
The guest house is surrounded by an enchanting walled garden and offers a gracefully-designed and spacious living area, which opens to a balcony overlooking the sea. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, and three bedroom suites. The master bedroom is air conditioned and fitted with a king-size, four-poster canopy bed. On the upper floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with two twins, are spanned by a balcony. This villa is equipped with a fax machine and high-speed internet access.
This Anguilla vacation rental boasts a tennis court with soft Har-Tru surface and lighting for night play. Professional instruction can easily be arranged. Other amenities include a fitness room, with TV and full air conditioning; an outdoor Jacuzzi for eight; and freshwater, infinity-edge swimming pool.
While enjoying a peaceful ambience, it is just minutes away from The Valley, the island’s center for services and shopping.
