Villa Anani is an opulent four-bedroom retreat, part of the Kamique Estate, situated directly on the Caribbean Sea along Anguilla’s southern coast in Lockrum. This luxurious property, near other villas in Anguilla, is designed with modern open floor plans to showcase its stunning natural surroundings. The villa offers breathtaking views of St. Maarten from nearly every room. Island-inspired furnishings, expansive windows, sliding doors, and an outdoor shower celebrate the West Indian lifestyle.
A private path leads to a beach area with loungers and sofas, providing a secluded spot for guests to enjoy the warm sea breeze and sunshine. The pool area, with its spacious terrace and covered dining area, is the ideal setting for relaxation and for embracing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Guests can also explore nearby world-class beaches like Rendezvous Bay, just a 10-minute drive away, or book a snorkeling charter to experience Anguilla’s vibrant marine life.
Each room features an en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TVs, AC, and access to the terrace. The villa also includes an equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a media room with the latest in technology. Daily housekeeping and 24-hour concierge service ensure a comfortable stay.
The first master bedroom is located in the West Pavillion on the upper level. It features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and a double vanity. A seating area, AC, television, and ceiling fan are provided. The bedroom opens onto a furnished balcony offering stunning sea views.
The second master bedroom is situated in the East Pavillion on the upper level. It includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and a double vanity. A desk, AC, television, and ceiling fan are provided. Guests can enjoy the sea view from the furnished terrace.
The third master suite is located on the lower level and offers a king-sized bed. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub and a separate shower, along with a double vanity. AC and television are provided. The bedroom opens onto a furnished terrace with sea views.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features two double beds. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower. AC and television are provided. The bedroom offers access to a shared terrace.
For larger families or groups, Villa Anani can be combined with its sister properties, Odyssey Villa or Triton Villa, adding four, six, or 10 additional rooms.
Conveniently located, the villa is just a 10-minute drive from Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport and 15 minutes from the renowned Rendezvous Bay.
The property offers a concierge, housekeeper, and property manager to ensure a truly luxurious experience.
